How do proxy sessions work for animals?
A proxy session lets us work with an animal by surrogate: the practitioner’s muscle testing stands in for the animal, so no camera, no call, and absolutely no sitting still is required. Your horse, dog or cat can be grazing, sleeping, or pointedly ignoring everyone in another province — the session still runs, item by item, in the order the animal is ready for. You receive written notes afterward showing exactly what came up and what was released.
It sounds too convenient to be real, which is why this post walks through the whole thing: why animals are natural proxy clients, what a session actually involves, and what owners tend to notice afterward.
Why are animals the ideal proxy clients?
Humans try to help. They analyse, perform for the camera, and tell you what they think you want to hear — even their subconscious does. Animals do none of that, which is exactly what makes them such natural clients:
- No camera, no call. The session runs offline; nobody needs to be available, leashed, or awake.
- No performing. A horse doesn’t pretend to be fine. The testing simply reflects what’s ready to shift.
- Notes, not homework. You get detailed follow-up notes — what came up and in which order — with nothing required from you during the session itself.
This is the same surrogate mechanism described in how remote energy healing works — just applied to a client who has never once worried about their camera angle.
The horse in another province
Our favourite way to explain it: a horse in one province, its owner in another, and a session that ran without either of them needing to be anywhere special. The owner booked, shared what they wanted looked at, and went about the day. The session was done entirely by proxy, and the written notes arrived afterward.
That example isn’t a stunt — it’s the standard setup for every offline proxy session. Distance, schedules, and the general unsuitability of horses for video calls simply stop being obstacles.
What actually happens during the session?
The mechanics are identical to any remote session — the animal is simply represented by the proxy:
- Locate — muscle testing identifies the imbalances ready to be addressed: trapped emotions first, and in Body Code sessions, anything across the wider areas too.
- Release — each item is released gently, in the order the animal is ready for. Nothing is forced.
- Integrate — releases can keep processing for up to 48 hours, which is why owners are encouraged to just let the animal be themselves afterward.
You receive the follow-up notes in writing: what came up, in what order, and what it related to.
What do owners notice afterward?
We don’t promise outcomes — but owners commonly report shifts worth mentioning: a calmer demeanour, easier handling, changes in sleep or mood, or simply that “something has lifted” around the animal. Because releases continue processing for up to 48 hours, the days afterward are often when changes show up.
You can read anonymized client results, measured before and after each session, on the case studies page.
How do you book a proxy session for an animal?
The simplest path: pick the animal session on the services page, choose offline proxy or a short call with the owner (not the animal), and send a line about your companion — species, name, and what you’ve noticed. Sessions run 30 minutes, and every session is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’d like a read on the patterns first, request the free Discovery Report.

Frequently asked questions
Does my animal need to be present or awake?
No — that’s the whole point. The animal can be sleeping in a sunbeam, out in the paddock, or mid-chaos. Nothing is required of them at any stage.
Which animals can you work with?
Dogs, cats and horses are the most common, but the method doesn’t depend on species. If you can tell us who you’d like us to work with, the proxy can stand in for them.
Is a proxy session as effective as working in person?
The structure and results are the same — our published case studies, including an allergy impact dropping from 9/10 to 3/10 in one session, were proxy sessions done remotely.
What do I have to do during the session?
Nothing. Go about your day. Afterward you receive written notes showing what was identified and released, and integration can continue for up to 48 hours.
